Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus subtype A (A2 Strain) propagated in HEp-2 cells and purified from culture supernatant and cells showing cytopathic effect. For research use only. APPLICATION FOR USE
QUALITY CONTROL TESTING INCLUDES
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store at -70°C upon receipt. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as product degradation may result.
RECOMMENDATIONS:Before use, rapidly thaw frozen vial in a water bath set at 37°C and then store on ice. Use pre-cooled medium/buffer for virus dilution and store on ice before inoculating into cell culture. For future use, aliquot into small amounts and freeze rapidly in a dry ice/alcohol bath and store at -70°C. Do NOT store virus stock at 2–8°C.
