With pass/fail, easy identification, reporting of non-conformance and the rapid software free data transfer via a USB/PC connection that recognises the Novo Shade Duo+ as a drive location. Bluetooth connectivity further speeds data transmission to PC, tablets and smartphones.

Opacity
Measurements are made over a white substrate and then over a black reference. The opacity is automatically calculated and displayed, along with on-board statistics.
Shade
Single button operations for fast measurement, on-board statistics and trend analysis graph. The shade function offers user definable batch names and batch sizes for quicker and more efficient reporting.
Cleanliness
Clear tape is pressed on the measurement surface, torn away and stuck onto white paper. As reference a clean strip of clear tape is also stuck on the same piece of white paper. Measurements are made of the reference material and then the reference tape and cleanliness is calculated automatically
