The Dansensor CheckPoint 3 O2, O2/CO2 Headspace Gas Analyser is the most advanced portable headspace gas analyser, for monitoring the O2 & CO2 in Modified Atmosphere Packages (MAP).
Built around a new long lasting oxygen sensor, the instrument is available in 2 versions for monitoring O2 only, or O2 and CO2.
The Dansensor CheckPoint 3 replaces the popular Dansensor CheckPoint, and brings the added benefit that it requires less frequent service intervals.
The new ceramic solid state O2 sensor gives the highest level of measurement accuracy of a portable instrument, at better than +/- 0.1% + 2% of reading. It is fast reacting and uses only a 5ml gas sample which, combined with fast processing, gives test results in only 9 seconds.
No need to calibrate between annual services
There is a 2 year warranty* on the O2 sensor, provided that it is serviced & calibrated annually by a Mocon Dansensor approved Service Point. The sensor is extremely stable and there is no need to calibrate between the annual service & calibration carried out by a Dansensor certified engineer.
Test results
The high quality 3.5” colour touchscreen is easy to read and it’s lay out is intuitive for users to navigate. Results are displayed with 0.1% resolution. Test results from the Dansensor CheckPoint 3 are display only. The Dansensor CheckPoint 3 Premium offers the capability of data logging & transfer if required.
Low running costs
The unit is supplied with rechargeable batteries which are capable of 2000+ measurements between charges. It uses standard low costs needles which, together with the rechargeable lithium battery & longer service interval, gives lower cost of ownership along with reliability.
