Formax 450H High Consistency Laboratory Pulper

Small scale, compact pulper for high consistency defibring of virgin and secondary fibre. A valuable tool for evaluating secondary fibre preocesses, additives and quality.

Rugged, stainless steel construction ensuring years of maintenance free operation. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel.

Tank volume: 3 gallons (12 litres)

Capacity: 450g (1lb) AD Fibre at 15% consistency.
Operating consitency 5 – 15%

Clear polycarbonate lid, stainless steel finger spring shaft seal.
Permanently lubricated bronze shaft bearings with a gear belt and pulley drive system.

Motor 2hp 230V, 60Hz, 3 phase with variable speed controller.
