Hot plate speed dryer with a 380mm x 400mm drying surface for drying hand sheets. Hot plate speed dryer for drying of hand sheets in the pulp and paper mill. The speed dryer is designed for rapid drying of hand sheets from all sizes of hand sheet formers. This solid construction has a curved brass surface plate (380mm x 400mm) which simulates production drum dryers. A spring loaded hold down screen, securely holds the sample sheet to the drying surface to minimize shrinkage. Surface plate temperature is regulated by an infinitely adjustable control to maximum of 1400 watts. User selectable temperature controller.
