Flexcell® Streamer® Shear Stress Device
A shear stress device that allows users to apply fluid shear stress to cells in monolayer culture (see Fig. 1 below).
- Culture your cells on matrix-treated 25 mm x 75 mm x 1 mm Culture Slips®.
- Regulate shear stress from 0 to 35 dynes/cm2 using a computer-controlled peristaltic pump.
- Works with the Osci-Flow® Flow Controller to regulate pulsatile and oscillatory fluid flow.
